Meditation at New Earth is offered as a 2 hour private class, allowing for a personal and gradual approach to developing awareness. Sessions focus on yogic breath practices, attention, and nervous system regulation, sound healing with crystal and Tibetan singing bowls with a guided deep relaxation, helping to settle the mind and bring greater clarity to everyday experience.
Rather than striving for a particular state, meditation is approached as a steady training of ‘just being’ in presence, kindness and acceptance of Self. Learning to observe, understand, and respond more consciously over time.
