Course Overview – The Gentle Return
This course is an invitation to begin again — slowly, tenderly, with breath as your guide.
It is for students who are new to the physical form of Yoga, or who are returning after illness, injury, or a long season of stillness.
Each class becomes a quiet conversation between body and breath — not a striving, but a remembering. Movements unfold like the opening of petals, easing tension and softening the stiffness held in many of life’s joints.
Students are also offered simple notes that illuminate the timeless wisdom of Classical Yoga — reflections on balance, simplicity, and the art of living with grace. Through these teachings, we rediscover that every gentle breath, every mindful movement, is a step toward inner harmony and wholeness.
