This 4 week course offers a gentle introduction to yoga practice, suitable for beginners and for those returning to movement from illness or injury.
Each class begins with a quiet arrival – a cup of tea, allowing time to settle and transition from the day.
We then move to the mat, beginning with a short relaxation to calm the nervous system, followed by a simple, yet thorough joint mobility sequence and steady, breath linked postures that build inner awareness and flexibility over time.
Classes conclude with Tibetan and crystal singing bowls and a guided deep relaxation leaving the body and mind in a calm and settled state.
